Policy for "Photography by a Patient/Family"

Does anyone have a hospital/health system policy on the topic of: “Photography by a Patient/Family” outlining when you can request them to discontinue photo/video within the hospital/health setting? If yes, can you share: what Department (or Area) sponsors the policy, and who is the Owner (what role/title in the organization). Thank you!

Hi Barbara,I’ve attached a Word document with the guts of our Video, Audio, photography recordings policy. It is owned by the Privacy/Compliance area of our organization. Carol
